Planning a trip? Start at the library!

Trip-planning just became easier! Frisco Public Library now offers “Travel Kits” for various destinations. Books and videos are in each kit, along with information about useful websites and a list of additional suggested books and videos from our library.  The whole family can join in the fun of learning about your vacation site and make the most of every minute during your trip.

Our initial collection of travel kits includes Alaska, Hawaii, Colorado, Texas, New England, Florida, Southern California, Mexico, and more. New destinations will be added in the coming months.

Travel kits are checked out at the fourth-floor Ask Us Desk. Take a look at the possibilities as you look forward to summer travel. And remember, the kits are great for armchair travelers too.

Visit the library’s website or call us at 972-292-5669 (972-292-KNOW) to learn more about this and our other services.
